Technical Recruiter Role

Endurance is pioneering a new category of energy by building the world's first modular seafloor geothermal power plants. In order to succeed, we need a full time technical recruiter on the team. You will work directly with the senior/executive team to scale the company from 20 to 100 people. While the primary focus is on hiring hardware engineers, you will also own our ATS, candidate experience, and have a seat at the table for hiring decisions and compensation. You will be free to design an optimal process and will not need to chase people down for interviews or debriefs. Everyone at the company is aligned on the importance of this role and we will empower you to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Own the entire recruitment process from hiring manager intake to offer letter

  • Maintain high-priority outbound searches and manage all other passive roles in parallel

  • Captain the hiring weekly hiring priorities meeting

  • Co-own the public profile of the company

  • Define and refine the candidate experience and interview loop

  • Manage external recruiting resources and firms

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hardware, aerospace, or deep tech sourcing

  • Dozens of examples of successful searches for hardware roles at a respected engineering company

  • STEM degrees preferred

Compensation
  • $90,000 - $125,000 based on experience and qualifications.
