About The Role
EliseAI is growing rapidly—and world-class technical talent is at the core of our success. We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help scale our engineering team by identifying and engaging top-tier software engineers who want to build from scratch, solve hard problems, and make an impact. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and company leadership to build and execute sourcing strategies that bring exceptional talent to EliseAI.
Key Responsibilities
Own top-of-funnel efforts to identify and engage world-class engineering talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, in-person events, and other creative channels
Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines of candidates across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles
Partner with engineering and recruiting leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and technical requirements for open roles
Iterate quickly on outreach and targeting strategies based on feedback, hiring trends, and performance data
Represent EliseAI’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to passive candidates who may not yet know us
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sourcing processes and tools, helping us move faster and smarter
Track sourcing metrics and candidate quality to inform data-driven decisions and priorities
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a technical sourcing role, preferably at a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech company
Proven ability to identify and engage highly sought-after software engineers, especially those who may not be actively job-seeking
Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology to effectively screen and communicate with engineering candidates
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open reqs and priorities simultaneously
High EQ and strong communication skills—you know how to craft thoughtful, compelling outreach and build genuine relationships
Self-motivated, curious, and always looking for new ways to find great talent
Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $140,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
