About the role:

We’re seeking a Technical Training & Enablement Manager to own the customer-facing materials and partner enablement that ensure excellence during implementation. As the strategic owner of our core curriculum, you’ll keep training aligned with our fast-moving product and enable teams and partners to deliver high-quality sessions. One of your first major initiatives will be expanding our certification programs, building on strong partner momentum and shaping the customer-facing version they’ve been asking for.

You’ll also collaborate closely with Professional Services, Partnerships, Marketing, Documentation, Product, and Engineering to identify new subject areas, define learning objectives, and create scalable content that supports thousands of Omni practitioners.

This role reports directly to the VP of Professional Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the strategic owner of Omni’s Professional Services curriculum and Partner Certification program, proactively identifying areas to extend, improve and automate.

  • Maintain Omni’s library of scaled, recorded trainings on current core curriculum and seek out opportunities to expand alongside the product.

  • Own the requirements, process and review of submissions for the Omni Partner Certification program.

  • Ensure all customer-facing training materials are updated consistently to align to frequent product releases.

  • Own curriculum at all levels from slides to recorded training to documentation to technical diagrams, you will own the work strategically and tactically.

  • Building a library of technical implementation examples that pre and post sales can leverage to show the art of the possible to customers.

  • Lead the customer-facing monthly webinar to enable new Omni practitioners on the platform and share the latest product feature updates.

  • Partner with docs team to ensure all net-new features are documented comprehensive upon release.

  • Partner with Product and Marketing on providing consistent enablement for new feature released content to Omni customers.

  • Proactive identify new opportunities to further scale, operationalize and automation to support the team.

About You:
  • 5+ years in a complex technical role, technical training or technical documentation role.

  • Previous experience building and extending certification programs.

  • Enjoy operating across levels - own the strategic vision of programs, while also rolling up your sleeves to implement and dig into the details.

  • An eye toward scale with a joy for documentation and video walkthroughs.

  • Exceptional written and spoken communication abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong technical background, bonus if that includes hands-on experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Metabase), particularly those with a semantic layer (such as Omni & Looker).

  • Enthusiasm for deeply understanding the technical products when making materials.

  • Passion for teaching and joy for helping people get to light bulb moments.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’re constantly learning and collaborating.
