General Description:

The Technology and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient management and continuous improvement of operational processes and technology systems, with a strong emphasis on learning management platforms. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless integration of technology tools, and optimizing the performance of systems that support training, learning, and development initiatives.

The manager works closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate needs, implement solutions, and streamline workflows across technology and operations. A key part of the role is managing the administration, functionality, and user experience of learning management systems (LMS), while ensuring they align with organizational goals. The manager also supports data-driven decision-making through process analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Collaborate with GCO L&D leadership to create and implement global technology strategy for training function.  
  • Oversee and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and support the daily operations and technical functionality of learning management systems (LMS).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess technology needs and implement effective process and system solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and external partners to maintain and enhance system performance, integrations, and data security.
  • Analyze operational workflows and LMS usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations related to operations and data management.
  • Provide training and support for staff and end-users on the use of LMS and other operational technology platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for incoming team members.
  • Main POC for GCO in new LMXP (Degreed) handling logistics, standard operating procedures, etc.
  •  Upload and manage training content within the LMS to support ongoing learning initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the team’s Project dashboard to track deliverables and performance metrics. 
  • Plan and facilitate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up coordination
  • Design, write, and distribute monthly team newsletters to communicate updates, initiatives, and accomplishments.
  • Provide support in the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Support GCOE L&D Head in communication, presentations, and other administrative needs

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  • Possible supervisory responsibilities for Learning and Development Coordinators

Computer Skills:   

  • Experience is Sumtotal LMS and Degreed LMXP is required, Microsoft proficient required, Articulate suite preferred

Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of technology, learning management system, and learning and development experience.
  • Familiarity with L&D Methodologies: Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, including e-learning and blended learning approaches.

Salary Range: $116,300.00 - $156,300.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
