Who we are:

Stay AI is powered by savvy DTC industry vets, who have each been building subscription programs for over ten years. We’ve worked with over 300+ subscription-focused CPG brands that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in subscription revenue alone. Our product is shaped by eCommerce experts who specialize in acquisition and retention—and it shows.

We have amazing investors like Telescope Partners, with participation from Boulder Food Group, Riverpark Ventures, and Vanterra Capital. Previous investments were led by Watchfire Ventures, alongside industry leaders such as Nik Sharma (Sharma Brands) and Adam Turner (Postscript).

We are not afraid of challenging work and are excited to build the next big thing. Sound good to you? Then, please read more about our role!

Our culture:

We are dedicated to our work, but equally committed to celebrating our achievements. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, as we firmly believe in the power of teamwork. While we are remote-first as a company, we try to create opportunities to meet each other. That's why we organize annual offsite retreats in beautiful Park City, Utah and Mexico!

Who you are:

  • A builder who thrives in roles with high autonomy, clear ownership, and enjoys figuring things out without a playbook.

  • Revenue-first mindset: you understand how partnerships drive pipeline, closed-won revenue, and long-term growth.

  • You’re well-connected (or actively building connections) in the eCommerce ecosystem and enjoy building and maintaining relationships.

  • You have a technical bend and aren’t intimidated by integrations, APIs, or platform-level conversations.

You’ll work in a high-velocity, dynamic environment where adaptability, resilience, and intensity are table stakes. If you thrive in fast-paced sales cultures and want to help shape the future of Stay AI, we want to talk.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new technology partners.

  • Manage a portfolio of partners with clear revenue goals and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to turn partnerships into real pipeline and closed revenue.

  • Work through technical or integration-related conversations or documentation with partners and internal teams.

  • Build co-selling or referral motions that scale.

  • Track partner impact, revenue contribution, and opportunities for expansion.

  • Dig into why a partnership isn’t producing revenue and take action to fix it.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years managing or growing revenue-generating partnerships, with clear ownership over outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including platforms, agencies, technology partners, and operators.

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or technical partnerships (hands on coding not required!).

  • Proven ability to drive revenue through influence, not direct selling.

  • Proven experience driving results in roles measured by revenue-based KPIs.

  • Strong communication skills, including ability to align internal teams and external partners.

  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and manage multiple partner relationships at once.

Nice to haves:

  • Existing relationships within the eCommerce/DTC partner ecosystem.

  • Prior experience working with Shopify or adjacent platforms.

  • Background in SaaS companies with platform or integration-led growth motions.

  • Experience building partnerships at an early-stage or fast-scaling company.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with GTM, Product and Engineering teams.

Why Join Us?:

  • Massive opportunity: Help build the partnership motion at a fast-scaling SaaS company

  • Real product-market fit: Stay AI solves urgent problems for fast-growing brands

  • Elite team: Work alongside humble professionals who know how to win

  • Impact: You’ll be a foundational part of a high-performance revenue org

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
