Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Telesales Commission Sales Representative (In-House), you’ll maximize your earning potential by helping current owners with their vacation ownership. You’ll work leads through a sales process, uncover needs, overcome objections, and present our full range of vacation products. This is a sales position and is commission-driven with weekly pay and benefits. Ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive on performance and results.

Hourly or Commission whichever is greater + Bonus (ranges of income from $60,000 - $300,000)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/receive inbound calls to current owners to generate account upgrades, and new sales.
  • Work with good standing owners to enhance their ownership by showing empathy and creating affordable solutions.
  • Maintain a 45-day lead engagement cycle with persistent follow-up (phone, email, text).
  • Cross-sell and present all VI Resorts by Westgate vacation products across multiple properties.
  • Confirm product fit and customer satisfaction with every sale.
  • Consistently meet department standards:50+ calls daily and $40,000+ average net volume
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all policies/regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner effectively with the Telesales team lead who is organizing and assigning leads.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

  • Active Washington State Timeshare License or ability to obtain required (employer assistance to apply on first day)
  • 6+ months of timeshare or sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and sales closing skills
  • Resilient, self-driven, and competitive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-only environment

Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous telesales, call center, or hospitality sales experience preferred (timeshare experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or call performance targets.

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
