We are currently seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - Privileged to join our team. In this role, you will recruit for various commercial, federal, military and state contracts. You will work closely with a team of managers and other account team members to ensure successful contract execution and maintenance. This position is fully remote.

This position is dependent on contract award.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with Physicians, healthcare professionals, and C-level executives to fulfill client expectations by hiring top talent.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed assigned staffing goals.
  • Draft and post job positions through various job boards.
  • Scout qualified candidates through research, cold calls and meet and greet activities.
  • Maintain current status on all recruiting assignments.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and/or training.
  • Able to communicate professionally with executive leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in recruiting C-level executives and Physicians.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the workforce solution industry.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding client-specific job requirements.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Location Restrictions

  • This position is available only in approved work locations. The role is not open to applicants who reside in or will perform work in jurisdictions with compensation disclosure requirements that apply to this position. Work location eligibility will be confirmed during the application process.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.
  • Physical demands may include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending
