Performance Objectives
- Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
- Engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers in minerals, royalties, and private equity
- Deliver high-impact demos that align with client pain points and strategic goals
- Manage a robust pipeline and forecast with precision using Salesforce
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure long-term client value
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and contribute to territory expansion strategy
Competitive Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in SaaS or energy tech
- Deep understanding of the oil and gas industry
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing deals of $500K+ annually
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on long-term client partnerships
- Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify whitespace and drive growth
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable operating autonomously
