Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE's relationship with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE. Drive orders and sales growth; define and implement a 1-3 year plan; develop and execute a GE Healthcare Sales strategy across the horizontal product portfolio, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases; and lead the account team.
  • Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires basic experience in the Sales & Client Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
