Serving as the primary onsite QA contact, this role is responsible for coordinating efforts among business stakeholders, Agile teams, and offshore QA resources to achieve high-quality, compliant software releases. The position places a strong emphasis on functional and business validation, with the added support of automation for regression and critical test flows. Essential Skills and Qualifications • SEI SWP Platform Experience is MUST • Extensive experience in Agile, waterfall and Scrum testing methodologies • Proven expertise in Test Management or Test Lead roles, specifically in onsite environments • Deep understanding of the Banking and Financial Services domain • Ability to manage end-to-end test planning, execution, and defect resolution • Demonstrated support for Sprint Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Strong familiarity with leading CRM tools, including Salesforce, Experience in integrating CRM platforms with testing processes enables streamlined communication between QA teams and business units, ensuring traceability and efficiency throughout test cycles. • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ALM. • Experience in onsite–offshore delivery models. • Strong stakeholder management abilities and client-facing communication skills • Knowledge of risk-based testing and regulatory or compliance validation
