The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,300.00 USD - 110,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Threat Intelligence Analyst
- Conduct proactive investigations using OSINT tools and SQL-based research in Snowflake to detect and evaluate emerging threats.
- Maintain real-time situational awareness across internal and external channels to assess the potential for violence, escalation, or disruption.
- Produce threat assessments that synthesize data, behavioral indicators, and analytical findings-paired with actionable recommendations.
- Attend meetings with Law Enforcement partners and external vendors to strengthen and build relationships. Partner with cross-functional teams- such as People operations, Legal, Fraud, and other business units.
- Work closely with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to improve response protocols and refine escalation pathways.
- Help standardize protocols and develop programmatic improvements for workplace violence mitigation, including behavioral threat assessment practices, documentation, and follow-up procedures.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in threat assessment, intelligence analysis, workplace violence prevention, or a related field such as law enforcement or corporate security.
- Advanced OSINT and database research and analysis with strong analytical judgment and case management experience
- Formal training or certification in threat assessment or insider risk (e.g., ATAP, BTAM, WAVR-21, CTM, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver insights clearly to stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive, confidential, or high-risk situations in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments where discretion and accuracy are critical.
