We are a fast-paced, technology-driven team where everyone's contribution impacts product success.

- Partner with Fraud Research and Product teams to translate real-world threat intelligence into detection improvements, new cohorts, and roadmap insights
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop between customer intelligence, internal detections, and product evolution
- Build scalable investigation frameworks, reporting templates, and intelligence taxonomies to operationalize threat intelligence across CHEQ
- Serve as a trusted internal and external advisor on emerging fraud trends, bot activity, and evolving attack methodologies impacting GTM environments
- 3+ years of experience in threat intelligence, fraud analysis, cybersecurity analysis, digital investigations, or a highly analytical technical role
- Programming experience required - SQL & Python are a must
- Experience working with large-scale data sets, anomaly detection outputs, or fraud/abuse signals and translating them into clear insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate ambiguous scenarios, form hypotheses, and validate findings
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior and executive stakeholders
- Experience producing written intelligence reports, investigative summaries, or customer-facing analyses
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research teams
- Familiarity with fraud, bot mitigation, cybersecurity, or digital abuse concepts is strongly preferred
- Technically adaptive, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly and understand how detection systems operate at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success operating autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in a technical, analytical, or security-related field
- Ability to work in our NY office twice a week
