The TikTok Ads Specialist Intern is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on TikTok. This role focuses on supporting the brand’s digital growth by helping create compelling short-form ad content, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring ads align with the company’s marketing goals. The TikTok Ads Specialist Intern collaborates closely with the ads team to test creative strategies, optimize targeting, and drive measurable results through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Ads Management
- Assist in setting up, launching, and managing TikTok ad campaigns.
- Support efforts in audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad scheduling.
- Help monitor ad performance to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Creative Development & Optimization
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce short-form, high-engagement ad content.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, captions, hooks, and CTAs to identify winning variations.
- Help optimize ad creatives to improve CTR, conversions, and overall performance.
- Campaign Analysis
- Assist in pulling reports and analyzing performance data using TikTok Ads Manager and related tools.
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities based on KPIs.
- Help maintain campaign documentation, tracking sheets, and performance logs.
- Cross-Platform Media Support
- Support campaigns on other platforms such as Meta Ads when needed.
- Assist in comparing performance insights between platforms for better strategic planning.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Follow platform advertising policies and ensure all ads meet compliance standards.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad strategies.
Requirements
- Minimal experience in digital advertising is acceptable.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or short-form media buying is a plus.
- Meta Ads experience is ideal and a strong advantage.
- TikTok Media Buyer Certification is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital advertising metrics.
- Strong creative instincts for trends, short-form content, and audience behavior.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
