Lead technically rigorous supplier audits and resolve complex quality issues across Asian component suppliers. Analyze production failures, identify root causes, drive corrective actions, improve process controls and inspection systems, maintain quality specifications, support part approvals, and develop supplier capabilities. Act as the technical bridge between suppliers and Halter’s Auckland-based design and operations teams, working autonomously across a regional supplier portfolio and traveling frequently throughout APAC.

Lead supplier quality for high-volume electromechanical manufacturing across APAC. Responsibilities include implementing statistical process control, maintaining process control plans and quality documentation, rapidly resolving supplier production and inspection failures, performing supplier audits, closing non-conformances, and partnering with design engineers on preventive and risk-mitigation actions. The role requires supplier collaboration, strong English communication, Mandarin capability preferred, regular APAC travel, and experience in rapidly scaling environments.

Leads complex GMP and GDP audits of suppliers, service providers, manufacturing sites, and Pfizer country offices. Plans and executes audits, assesses compliance risks, resolves issues using global regulations and SOPs, supports quality programs, collaborates across audit teams, and applies AI tools and data insights to improve audit planning, reporting, and workflows. The role is remote and requires domestic and international travel up to 40%.
