Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the background check process for all new hires and current employees, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the background check vendor, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure compliance with ever-changing international regulations, maintaining accurate records and providing guidance to the wider team.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient processes, including automating aspects where possible, to streamline the hiring journey.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or a coordinated role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
