As the Trade Compliance Analyst (TCA), you will assist Trade Compliance Managers with all export classifications analysis and shipments within PPG Aerospace. This is a hybrid role that can be based near any PPG Aerospace or ASC location. You will report to the Global Export Compliance Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product classification requests (ITAR, ECCN, HTS, COO) by working with suppliers/distributors to obtain product information to support product classifications.
  • Responsible for new product and new project classification requests by working with the technical team to obtain product information to support classifications.
  • Be a subject matter expert on export compliance matters.
  • Support processing all Import and Export shipments.
  • Support the review and execution of the international visitor process, international travel, internal data reviews, denied party screening and shipping documents.
  • Perform periodic audits from both a procedural and transactional perspective.
     

Qualifications
 

  • US Citizen
  • High School Diploma
  • Licensed Customs Broker (or desire to obtain this certification)
  • 2+ years of related experience with import/export
  • Classification skills: ECCN, USML, HTS, and Schedule B
  • Experience in Excel
  • Experience with ACE

Salary Range $80,000-95,000 plus annual bonus
