The Position
The Training Coordinator primarily acts as administrative support within the local training area and ensures the most simple and efficient training administration. This position will support the production teams. The schedule is Monday - Thursday 10hr day shift.

Essential Functions
- Support managers in planning training for new and current employees, drive and improve local onboarding initiatives
- Troubleshoot contact for Internal (and external) stakeholders
- Work with site business units and international process groups to ensure an effective and efficient training processes
- Develop efficient two-way communication channels to ensure that input is received and acted upon
- Provide pro-active support to site business units with updates on processes and content
- Respond to systems and process information requests and provides troubleshooting support to site business units
- Ensure training content is bundled at local level according to NN Training administration rules
- Support managers on how to identify and assign relevant training and create training plans
- Support managers, Content Responsible and Training Partners on how to operate training systems according to administration standards and tools
- Create and assign structured training modules and curricula; ensure high quality instructions and training materials
- Apply naming convention and write meta data consistently and correctly in accordance with current standards in Novo Nordisk Training procedure
- Administer and manage daily/weekly reports and communication
- Support the collection of stakeholder input and evaluations for training KPIs to calculate metrics
- Administer daily/weekly performance and activity reports for use by Site Leadership
- Act as local superuser of training IT systems
- Maintains LMS documentation and training files
- Serve as Content Editor in QualityDocs
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
- May consider an Associate's degree from an accredited college with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in training administration
- May consider a High School Diploma (GED) with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in training administration
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in training administration required, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry
- Experience/understanding of Continuing Education and Accreditation guidelines within pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- High attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills required
- Well-developed inter-personal skills and ability to work well within teams required
- Proven, effective project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external partners toward the achievement of common goals required
