The Opportunity
As a Transfer Pricing PhD - Senior Associate, you will engage in the intricate world of transfer pricing, where you will analyze, document, and defend pricing policies within multinational entities. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your analytical thinking and communication skills to navigate complex tax regulations and provide valuable insights to clients. Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive transfer pricing analyses and developing strategies to align with international guidelines
- Utilizing financial modeling and financial statement analysis to evaluate and optimize pricing structures
- Engaging in tax research to provide accurate and up-to-date advice on transfer pricing regulations
- Reviewing legal documents to support compliance with transfer pricing policies
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business structures and identify transfer pricing opportunities
- Applying analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and provide actionable insights
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility to adapt to evolving tax environments
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on transfer pricing methodologies

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
