Voyagu is a San Francisco-based travel management company that connects premium travelers with travel experts for better and easier planning, booking, and managing of their trips.

Being part of a growing billion-dollar travel industry, we already have millions in revenue and a team of a hundred people with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City — and now we're launching in Tbilisi. You'll be one of the first members of our Georgian team, with a real opportunity to grow with the location as it scales.

We're looking for energetic, driven sales professionals who are fluent in English and love traveling.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will sell international business and first class airline tickets to highly educated, well-paid professionals and creatives from the U.S., focusing on three clear benefits: maximizing their savings on premium airfare, providing competent service in planning and booking their trips, and giving them quick access to travel support throughout the journey. You will build long-term relationships with your clients and become their trusted expert for all their premium travel needs.

What we offer
  • Market-competitive compensation paid in USD: fixed base + uncapped sales commission + bonus — your earnings are tied directly to your performance, and top performers earn well above the local market;
  • A ground-floor role in a brand-new location — early team members will have the first opportunities for team lead and senior roles as the Tbilisi office grows;
  • 20 days of paid time off + 8 floating holidays and paid sick leave;
  • Mentorship from day one and structured onboarding and sales training — we teach the product and the method, you bring the drive;
  • Equipment provided by the company;
  • Personal development plan for each team member;
  • B2B contractor setup; other benefits according to company policy.
What you will do
  • Work with warm inbound leads — U.S. travelers who have already submitted a request for business or first class flights. No cold calling: your job is to qualify, advise, and close;
  • Turn incoming prospects into business opportunities;
  • Identify each client's travel needs and match them with the right product;
  • Guide your clients through the options to close the deal with you;
  • Master customer care skills to ensure a perfect client experience, loyalty, and recommendations;
  • Build individual relationships with your clients and become their trusted partner for all their travel;
  • Work in a team of 4–6 agents together with a team leader;
  • Complete sales targets;
  • Make mistakes — but never the same mistake twice. No one has ever done what we are doing, so fasten your seatbelt;
  • Work hours synced with U.S. time zones: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Tbilisi time.
What you bring to the team
  • Fluent, confident English (C1+) — you will speak with demanding U.S. clients every day, and this is our most important requirement;
  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism — Georgia's strong travel and hospitality scene is a great foundation for this role;
  • Genuine drive for professional and financial growth — you want your income to depend on your results;
  • A goal-oriented mindset and the persistence to overcome obstacles on the way to ambitious targets;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate;
  • Problem-solving skills and learning agility;
  • Love of challenges and the ability to handle stressful situations with a smile;
  • International background or experience working with U.S. or other native English speakers is preferred.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
