$55,810.00 - $83,720.00The Treasury Analyst supports key financial operations by performing financial analysis, managing daily cash operations, and assisting with investment and risk management activities. This role helps ensure strong liquidity management and contributes to the execution of treasury strategies across the organization. A focus on automation and continuous improvement is essential, as the analyst will help streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Functions for this role include:
Forecast and report daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity and support short-term funding needs; contribute to monthly cash flow projections to inform strategic planning
Analyze bank services and fees to identify cost-saving opportunities and support effective banking relationship management
Support corporate investment strategy through fixed income analysis, use of portfolio management tools, and cross-functional reporting
Assist in preparing treasury reports and audit documentation to ensure compliance, transparency, and readiness for internal and external reviews
Perform financial risk analyses on new initiatives, collaborate with Finance teams on modeling and scenario planning to support data-driven decisions
Support ad hoc treasury and finance projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by proactively recommending and implementing workflow enhancements
Performs other duties as assigned
If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2–4 years of progressive experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance, with a focus on cash management and financial planning
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of treasury systems (e.g., Sympro, Bloomberg, Kyriba)
Experience using Power BI, Copilot, or similar tools to automate reporting and improve data accessibility
Proven ability to support investment decisions and manage liquidity through data-driven insights
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
