Circle is looking for an experienced manager to join the Treasury Integrations team to drive cross-functional initiatives across Treasury, Product, and other teams. The role involves evaluating new products, developing requirements and ensuring operational readiness. This team is working to streamline processes associated with treasury infrastructure across Circle's products including design, operational needs, and reporting. The team reviews all new and changing product proposals and launch readiness to address all Treasury needs; key areas such as Operations, Digital Execution, FX, Reserve Management, and Risk. Additionally, the team continuously seeks to optimize and streamline processes through the innovative use of tools and technology. This position will play a key role in partnering with both Product, Engineering, and Treasury on business roadmap and key initiatives

What you'll work on:
- Develop and document problem statements for Treasury with input from subject-matter experts.
- Review the Product organization's project plans, designs and features to evaluate impact on Treasury organization.
- Support and drive the success of projects for Treasury across Circle's product ecosystem, including FX, digital assets, and fiat operations, ensuring alignment with business needs and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product, and Treasury leads to review project(s) scope and requirements including reporting, tooling, risk definition or other needs.
- Define and develop project plans from a Treasury perspective where applicable.
- Support roadmap planning efforts including evaluating time and resources needed from partners.
- Partner with the Treasury team to understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and communicate project updates within the Treasury Organization.
- Drive end-to-end readiness reviews, including reviewing risks and validating requirements, along with operational controls prior to product or new market launches.
What you'll bring to Circle:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, financial services or payments industry required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- Able to think critically, understand complex topics/technologies, define complex problems by developing concise summarization of technical initiatives put out by the business or problems identified by SMEs.
- Proven collaborative problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and ask thoughtful questions.
- Startup mindset.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Takes pride in working on projects to successful completion.
- Excels in a highly collaborative environment with different stakeholders and SMEs.
- Practical experience creating process documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate information into actionable insights as well as the ability to coordinate feedback under tight timelines.
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
