About Ideogram

Ideogram’s mission is to make world-class design accessible to everyone, multiplying human creativity. We build proprietary generative media models and AI native creative workflows, tackling unsolved challenges in graphic design. Our team includes builders with a track record of technology breakthroughs including early research in Diffusion Models, Google’s Imagen, and Imagen Video. We care about design, taste, and craft as much as research and engineering – shipping experiences that creatives actually love.

We’ve raised nearly $100M, led by Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures. Headquartered in Toronto with a growing team in NYC, we're scaling fast, aiming to triple over the next year. We're a flat team with a culture of high ownership, collaboration, and mentorship.

The Opportunity

As Ideogram's first UGC Program Coordinator, you'll build and scale a creator-driven growth engine from the ground up. This isn't a traditional marketing role. It's about mobilizing a network of content creators who can show the world what Ideogram can do, one video at a time.

You'll be responsible for designing and launching a UGC program that incentivizes influencers and everyday creators to produce content about Ideogram across various social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord and Reddit. You'll create the playbook for how we discover, activate, and reward creators, building a tiered compensation structure that scales with performance and drives real impact.

This role is perfect for someone who lives on social media, understands how content goes viral, and wants to build something from scratch in a fast-moving, high-growth company. You don't need years of formal marketing experience. You need drive, creativity, and an obsession with how social platforms actually work.

Your Mission
  • Build the UGC Program: Design and launch a scalable program to recruit, onboard, and manage a network of creators who produce content for Ideogram that incentivizes high-quality, high-reach content.

  • Scout and Activate Creators: Identify and recruit influencers and micro-creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who align with our brand and audience. You'll develop outreach strategies, build relationships, and inspire creators to authentically showcase our product.

  • Manage Program Operations: Own the day-to-day which includes tracking creator performance, managing payouts, iterating on the program based on what's working, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

  • Think Like a Creator, Not a Marketer: Understand what makes content resonate on each platform. You'll guide creators on what performs without being prescriptive, and you'll constantly look for creative ways to amplify Ideogram's presence beyond traditional SaaS playbooks.

  • Experiment and Iterate Fast: Test different program structures, compensation models, and creator segments. Use data to refine what's working and kill what's not. You'll move quickly in an environment where ambiguity is the norm.

What We're Looking For
  • Social Media Native: You practically live on various social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord and Reddit. You understand platform mechanics, trends, and what makes people hit share. You know the difference between content that gets engagement and content that drives action.

  • Scrappy and Resourceful: You don't need a playbook handed to you. You build it. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you figure things out, and you're energized (not stressed) by chaos and rapid change.

  • Drive and Ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and don't wait for permission. You're the type of person who sees a problem and solves it, who spots an opportunity and runs with it.

  • Creative Thinker: You don't think in terms of traditional marketing tactics. You think about culture, communities, and what actually resonates with real people. You can brainstorm 10 ways to activate creators that no one else has thought of.

  • Strong Communicator: You can build relationships with creators, explain a program clearly, and collaborate across teams. You make things feel human and easy, even when coordinating lots of moving parts.

Bonus
  • You've been a content creator yourself or have run social media for a brand, side project, or personal account.

  • You've built or managed influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, or community-driven initiatives.

  • You have a background or genuine interest in AI, visual design, or creative tools.

  • You've been part of an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial venture where you wore multiple hats.
