Provides administrative and operational support to Contrac Pac underwriters and agency partners. Responsibilities include maintaining producer information and electronic underwriting files, processing email and phone requests, creating compliant policy documents, ordering loss runs, assisting with licensing and compliance matters, reformatting data, and supporting special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, accuracy, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Support Underwriting by creating policy documents, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain electronic underwriting files, and provide basic operational underwriters. Provide telephone support for incoming calls from internal and external contacts.Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain agency and producer information in portal system.
- Provide telephone support for all incoming calls from agents, customer and underwriters.
- Assist corporate compliance/producer licensing with agent licensing issues and with special projects as requested.
- Monitor and process all email requests coming through department email queue.
- Create policy documents which represent the insurance transaction bound by the underwriter.
- Ensure the policy issuance complies with regulatory requirements for each insurance transaction.
- Order loss runs as requested.
- Maintain electronic underwriting file.
- Assists with special projects and other duties when needed.
- As necessary, re-format data for import into front end system.
- Provide basic operational support for the product line’s underwriters.
- Typically requires a high school diploma; Associates degree preferred
- 2+ years of related experience for consideration
- [OR] equivalent level of education and experience
- Direct commercial Insurance experience preferred
- Ability to follow operations procedures as outlined by the Operations Manager.
- Ability to meet processing deadlines with minimal error.
- Ability to manage a variety of projects, both long- and short-term simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Intermediate to proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook and Word)
