Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings based on market demands.

Market Expansion and Role Expectations

  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute strategies for penetrating the US market effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Budget and Work Location

  • Budget Responsibilities: Manage the sales budget with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Remote Work: Flexible working conditions are available; however, frequent travel within the US is required.

Expected Outcomes

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the fiscal year.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on optical products, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
