- As a Great Place to Work certified company, we’re building a workplace where talented professionals can grow their careers, work with international clients, and do meaningful work without leaving home.
- You’ll get the best of both worlds: global exposure and real career growth, backed by a people-first culture that values collaboration, learning, connection, and doing great work together.

Role Overview
- Some marketers love coming up with the big idea.
- You love turning it into “done, checked, and ready to go.”
- We’re looking for a US Marketing Coordinator – Content & Campaigns to support one of our US-based clients across content creation, campaign execution, and marketing coordination.
- This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy, sales, or client-services lead position. You’ll take approved strategies, messaging, transcripts, and source material and transform them into polished marketing deliverables across blogs, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, funnels, and other campaign assets.
- You’ll also keep the moving pieces moving—coordinating creative work, tracking deadlines and dependencies, following up on missing inputs, managing revisions, and keeping marketing resources organized.
- You won’t need to reinvent the strategy, and you won’t wait to be told every next step. You’ll learn the framework, understand each client voice, and own execution within clear guardrails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit blogs, website content, emails, newsletters, and campaign assets.
- Turn transcripts and approved source material into finished marketing content.
- Repurpose and adapt existing content across multiple formats and channels.
- Coordinate multiple marketing campaigns, deliverables, and work-streams.
- Create clear creative briefs for designers and contractors.
- Coordinate creative production and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder feedback, revisions, and content updates.
- Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies, priorities, and missing inputs.
- Maintain organized marketing resources, content libraries, and workflow documentation.
- Perform self-QA for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and completeness before review.
- Follow approved messaging, source material, and client brand voice.
- Identify potential blockers and escalate risks before they affect deadlines.
- Recommend practical solutions when requirements or next steps are unclear.
- Support improvements to recurring marketing workflows and content organization.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong marketing writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience managing multiple marketing deliverables, campaigns, or work-streams.
- Familiarity with CRM and email-marketing platforms.
- Strong task, deadline, and workflow-management skills.
- Ability to adapt content to different client voices and approved messaging.
- Strong attention to detail and self-QA skills.
- Ability to work independently within established processes and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify blockers, ask relevant questions, recommend solutions, and escalate when necessary.
- Comfortable working remotely during US business hours / night shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency, professional-services, fractional-CMO, or multi-client marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Canva.
- Experience coordinating designers, contractors, or other creative resources.
- Experience organizing content libraries, campaign assets, and marketing workflows.
- Experience with similar marketing, project-management, CRM, email-marketing, and creative platforms is also valuable.
