Team Summary:

Our Revenue Enablement team is a 10‑person, remote‑first group across Canada and the U.S., with occasional “moments that matter” meetups in Mississauga. The team spans program/GTM enablement managers, training specialists, and a content manager, providing end‑to‑end support for onboarding, training, and content operations. We partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services to drive adoption of core tools and systems (e.g., CRM, enablement, coaching, and analytics platforms). It’s an exciting team to join because our work is highly visible—owning major enablement programs, product launches, and training series that directly improve our commercial team's performance and customer outcomes.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for executing day-to-day system updates, supports the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of systems and processes that help revenue teams operate efficiently. Working closely with cross-functional partners (sales, revenue operations, marketing, and customer success), the associate will help manage technology platforms, workflows, and data integrations to ensure alignment across business needs.

This role will also assist in pulling together training materials and coordinating enablement sessions to help drive adoption of tools and processes across teams.

By streamlining processes and leveraging automation, the role will help track system and process adoption, surface insights on what’s working well or where there are gaps and supports adjustments to improve outcomes over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner on Strategic Initiatives & Process Innovation: Collaborate with the Strategy & Continuous Improvement team to evaluate vetted requests and translate them into scalable solutions that enhance revenue performance. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional alignment across Sales, CS, and RevOps.
  • Drive Best Practices Across Systems & Processes: Champion industry best practices for forecasting, pipeline management, customer health, and project delivery using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Kantata, Gong, and Power BI. Ensure processes are optimized for efficiency, data integrity, and actionable insights rather than just system configuration.
  • Lead Solution Enablement: Design holistic enablement plans that integrate technology, process, and people—focusing on usability and adoption. Develop frameworks, playbooks, and governance models that standardize how revenue teams leverage systems for maximum impact.
  • Enable Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to implement new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption through training, communication, and feedback loops.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of business workflows and an interest in identifying inefficiencies and supporting process improvements.
  • Basic proficiency in interpreting data and creating actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and familiarity with at least one other revenue tool (e.g., Gainsight, Gong, Kantata, or Power BI)
  • Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Experience driving adoption of new processes and systems through training, communication, and feedback loops.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to connect system/process improvements to revenue growth and organizational goals.
  • Comfort with data flows, integrations, and system architecture concepts (not coding-heavy but understanding how systems interact).
  • Experience supporting enablement efforts, such as helping create training materials or coordinating enablement sessions.

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
