The Revenue Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce data, billing processes, and operational workflows, supporting efficiency and data quality. Responsibilities include reporting, training, and process documentation.

The Revenue Operations team supports driving operational excellence across pipeline management, sales systems, and go-to-market execution. The team is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to scaling systems, processes, and data infrastructure that support revenue growth.
Job Summary:
The Revenue Operations Analyst (Contractor) plays a critical role in executing day-to-day operational workflows across Salesforce, data management, and billing processes. This role exists to increase efficiency, improve data quality, and support scalable GTM operations by owning key executional responsibilities. The contractor will enable the Growth Operations Manager to focus on high-impact initiatives—including Product-to-Cash (P2C) and system-wide implementations—by taking ownership of core operational workstreams. The initial focus will be within Payer & Provider, with the potential to expand into Senior Care and enterprise-wide RevOps initiatives over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute data updates across Salesforce using Data Loader (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, custom objects) Maintain data integrity, perform data hygiene, and support data migration efforts
- Execute opportunity splits, leakage/reverse leakage tracking, and billing-related object creation
- Support Billing Automation Project by creating and maintaining billing-related objects (e.g., invoiced customers, uplift objects) · Own order management workflows and ensure accurate system updates tied to invoicing and bookings
- Partner with RevOps leadership to improve billing processes and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards based on prioritized business needs
- Fulfill ad hoc reporting and Smartsheet requests independently
- Support data visualization and reporting needs for pipeline and operational insights
- Own Smartsheet workflows, including building, maintaining, and fulfilling incoming requests
- Manage Gong-related support requests, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication
- Provide operational support for marketing workflows (e.g., nurture status, Marketo-related processes)
- Develop and maintain SOP documentation for key processes and systems
- Support enablement efforts, including training delivery for new tools and process rollouts
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new workflows and operational best practices
- Support Pipeline Council activities (reporting, dashboarding, data preparation)
- Assist with Salesforce enhancements and process implementations as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across RevOps

Minimum Requirements:
- Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, object management)
- Experience using Salesforce Data Loader for bulk data operations
- Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis, reporting)
- Experience managing operational workflows and data processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience documenting processes and maintaining SOPs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Smartsheet (workflow creation and management)
- Familiarity with Gong (user support and troubleshooting)
- Exposure to Marketo and marketing operations workflows
- Experience with LeanData (routing, matching, data management)
This is contract role paid in an hourly rate, based on a 40 hour work week. The offer range is $36.82-$40.91 USD per hour, and is not eligible for benefits or paid time off.
