- Client Overview: We are hiring for a large search engine company. Join our team to support usability research and user experience design for location-based services on web and mobile platforms.
- Role Summary: As a Usability Researcher 3 with a focus on qualitative research methods, you will contribute to supporting usability research by conducting interviews, benchmarking studies, and usability tests. 4. What are the key responsibilities?

- Plan and conduct in-depth interviews, benchmarking studies, and usability tests with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, goals, and motivations.

  - Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or equivalent training.
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer empathy.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Experience working with search engines or geospatial tools.
  - Previous experience running benchmarking studies and understanding customer workflows.
