The UX Designer will translate technical workflows into user-friendly designs, conduct user interviews, create personas, and develop visual design systems. They will test usability and work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams.
This position is ideal for a UX professional who can translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
• Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to develop personas• Define customer journeys, storyboards, and site maps
• Design user flows aligned with real-world user scenarios
• Create visual design systems and style guides aligned to Kuiper/Amazon standards
• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic reviews, and produce findings and recommendations
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams
Required
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end UX design (discovery through validation)• Strong portfolio demonstrating personas, journeys, prototypes, and usability outcomes
• Experience facilitating design workshops and synthesizing stakeholder feedback
• Ability to clearly document UX decisions and design rationale
Preferred
• Experience working on enterprise portals or platform products• Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards
• Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams
