The UX Manager leads the User Experience function across Track's product ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for intuitive, accessible, high-quality experiences that drive measurable customer outcomes. Critically, you will operationalize AI as a core design tool and embed it into how the team researches, designs, and iterates. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams, and manage junior UX designers.
What you would be doing:
- AI Tooling & Strategy: Own the adoption of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative UI, prototyping, research synthesis) and establish a point of view on AI-native UX patterns, including co-pilot experiences and intelligent automation.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior designers and the technical writing function.
- Vision & Execution: Drive a cohesive UX vision, oversee wireframes, prototypes, and visual design quality, and own the evolution of the design system.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Leverage AI-powered research and discovery tools to continuously synthesize customer feedback and usage patterns, building a culture of AI-informed iteration.
- Content & Collaboration: Integrate AI content generation into the technical writing workflow and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience in UX or product design, including 2–4+ years in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in a design or content context, with a clear understanding of the AI design landscape.
- Strong foundational knowledge of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineers in Agile product teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is mandatory.

Compensation:
The expected starting base salary range for this role is $140-160k, plus eligibility for a 15% annual incentive tied to company performance. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, and geographic location
