Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in user-centered design principles and design thinking to create exceptional user experiences that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain deep insights into user needs and market trends, using that knowledge to develop innovative designs for both new and existing products. Your ability to communicate design decisions effectively and collaborate with stakeholders will be critical to the success of our projects.

  • Design user interfaces and user experiences for our products, including wireframes, prototypes and ensuring that the design is aligned with our business goals, brand identity, and user needs.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Conduct Usability Testing to validate the design usability and testing the design focus.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineering leads, developers, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Analyze and measure user engagement, conversion rates, and other metrics to improve the effectiveness of our products.
  • Maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Criticize current designs, apply best practices, and improve designs
  • Receive/give feedback in a frame that lets all parties improve
  • Think on a product level from end-to-end taking into consideration the service design [Other teams work]
  • Proficient in product management frameworks such as Jobs to be Done and Thoughtful Execution Framework.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches.
  • Collaborate with the development team during implementation to ensure the design is executed as intended.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in visual communication design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Designer in a tech company, designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and Protopie.
  • Expertise in user-centered design principles, design thinking, and usability testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and user feedback to develop design solutions, and measure the effectiveness of the products.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with the development team during implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
