Join our dynamic team as a Vaccine Contracting Strategy Partner, where you’ll lead the execution of innovative contract solutions across U.S. Health Systems and Independent segments. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, collaborate across a high-performing matrix, and drive portfolio growth through value-based access models.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of vaccine contracting strategy across Health Systems and Independent customers in partnership with Account Managers and HQ Trade teams
• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities to shape localized contracting strategies
• Develop and manage innovative, value-based contract solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for customers
• Monitor and evaluate contract performance and impact, sharing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Support new product launch execution and field activation within contracted customer accounts
• Foster strong internal collaboration across marketing, field leadership, and trade operations to optimize contract implementation
• Deliver business reviews and performance updates to internal stakeholders and external customer accounts
• Provide peer coaching and contribute to capability-building around contract acumen and account strategy execution
Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing or account management
• Experience leading account strategy and executing contracts with health systems or organized customers
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50% or more
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of healthcare contract management experience, ideally in vaccines or pharmaceuticals
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration• Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance and industry regulations (e.g., PhRMA)
• Analytical ability to translate data into insights and strategic actions
• Experience with GPOs, PBGs, or national/regional purchasing organizations
• Deep understanding of the vaccines landscape and payer/provider environment
• Track record of designing and executing innovative contracting models
• Experience delivering business reviews and using strategic account planning tools

The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $143,250 to $238,750 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
