About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter to assist ClassWallet clients with transactional review. As a Validation Services Representative, you have a genuine passion for our customers, their users and helping them receive the most out of their funds. Approval Services Representatives at ClassWallet are passionate about technology and improving processes for users to get the services and/or items they need.

Success as a Validation Services Representative plays an integral part of ClassWallet’s overall success. The Validation Services Representative will be responsible for reviewing orders, payments and reimbursements for a portfolio of assigned customers – including school districts, education foundations, schools and state government agencies. The Validation Services Representative's role is to adhere to client policy, verify transactions for completeness, and approve/reject pending customer transactions. You will work with customer admins and assist multiple customers with spending their funds through order/payment/reimbursement requests.

In this role, you will also liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Account Operations, and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience and contribute to the development of our application. Communication and teamwork are key. Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process transactions in a timely manner with high levels of accuracy
  • Review all transactions for completeness and required information
  • Follow all program policies and procedures for each individual organization
  • Elevate any transactions with user comment or other issues as needed to CW Admin
  • Collaborate with client admins and approval team to assist with questions or issues
  • Keep current on product updates, improvements, and changes regarding transaction queue
  • Identify and define any bugs and effectively communicate issue with CW Admin

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree
  • A minimum of 2 years related work experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and help desk support software
