Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 15 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; used vehicle purchases $250.00-$350.00 per vehicle purchased per pay plan; subject to terms of pay plan.

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
