About this role

Our team is seeking a strategic, individual contributor to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across the enterprise. This VP-level role will develop change strategies for global initiatives, develop and deliver training, and execute adoption programs. The ideal candidate will partner with global stakeholders to ensure successful transformation with minimal disruption. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and deliver regional and global AI adoption programs  

  • Design and deliver tailored training content for diverse employee groups 

  • Execute change strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory standards 

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption 

  • Align with product stakeholders and communications partners to ensure effective messaging throughout engagements 

  • Build stakeholder engagement and manage resistance across regions 

  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights 

  • Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and cultural alignment throughout execution engagements 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 10+ years in change management, with at least 5 years experience in global financial services 

  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience 

  • Proven success in enterprise technology or AI transformation initiatives 

  • While a technical background is not necessary, strong technical confidence will support success  

  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, including technical training 

  • Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and executive presence 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of common change management methodologies

For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$148,000.00 - USD$200,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance. For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$138,000.00 - USD$186,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
