WunderGraph is a fast-growing startup, our goal is to bring everybody together to build digital products end-to-end. From interface design to API implementation, we provide the platform to go from sketch to product in a category-defining collaborative experience. Our North Star is to take the friction out of bringing digital ideas to life, making room for your ideas and productivity.

Developers from some of the biggest companies in the world are using WunderGraph to design and streamline their API environments. We raised our Series A ($7.5 million USD) in March 2025, being backed by eBay, Karma Ventures, and Aspenwood Ventures.

The culture we are creating together is extremely important to us. Read here how we are Building the Company We Always Wanted to Work In.

We invite everyone that wants to join us to understand our Core Beliefs and if you want to make an impact, have your voice heard, and work in a no-BS organization where you can get stuff done, look no further and apply today so we can chat.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You're not just any marketer, you’re the kind who lives and breathes startup energy. You’ve seen what product market fit looks like, and more importantly, you know how to build the engine that scales it. WunderGraph is at that pivotal moment: we’re onto something huge, and we need someone who knows how to throw rocket fuel on it.

You’ve grown SaaS companies before, ideally dev first, API-native and now you’re ready to do it again. You don’t wait around for things to fall into place; you build systems, run experiments, crush funnel metrics, and shape the story that makes the whole market turn its head.

This is the most exciting stage of a startup, and you’re hungry to be in the driver’s seat, owning and scaling demand gen, pipeline, brand, and everything in between. One day you’re sketching out a new GTM motion, the next you’re launching a campaign that triples qualified leads. You’re scrappy, data-obsessed, creative, and focused on results. Let's go.

TEAM INTEGRATION

  • You report to the CCO

  • You align with the Founders

  • You collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success

  • You work closely with a small team to start, and build a world-class marketing org as we scale

ROLE OBJECTIVES

You're crushing it if:

  • Marketing drives growth: The sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality, conversion-ready leads sourced through effective and scalable marketing strategies.

  • WunderGraph becomes a category leader: WunderGraph establishes a clear market position

  • The brand leads the conversation: WunderGraph's brand is sharp, credible, and top-of-mind across all relevant channels, communities, and media.

  • Growth engines are repeatable and predictable: You've built and optimized scalable growth loops that compound over time while keeping CAC within healthy, predictable limits.

  • Experiments fuel innovation: A culture of rapid experimentation and iteration helps uncover new channels, messages, and tactics that unlock further growth.

  • Revenue acceleration is data-driven: Marketing is directly tied to measurable revenue outcomes, crushing targets through intelligent attribution and performance tracking.

  • You’ve created the marketing machine: A high-performing team runs on a proven GTM playbook, delivering consistent execution across campaigns, content, and channels.

  • Marketing is strategic, not reactive: It's not just a function, it’s a core driver of the company's trajectory, tightly aligned with sales, product, and leadership.

ROLE TASKS

Your day-to-day includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Own and evolve the Go-To-Market strategy across all channels

  • Run growth experiments across the funnel and see what works best

  • Launch integrated campaigns (digital, content, partnerships, events)

  • Shape and refine messaging and positioning that speaks to developers, platform engineers, and CTOs

  • Build, track, and optimize the marketing funnel with precision

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Success for alignment and shared goals

  • Implement and manage tools like Salesforce, Koala, Active Campaign, analytics, and automation

  • Lead thought leadership initiatives: blogs, conferences, webinars

  • Develop and scale brand identity and awareness

  • Recruit and lead a small, high-performing marketing team as needed

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • A track record of growth or marketing leadership in fast-growing B2B SaaS, especially in dev-first environments

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software markets, developer tools, and APIs

  • Proven experience running data-driven campaigns that drove pipeline and revenue

  • Hands-on experience with the full GTM stack: from paid channels to SEO, ABM, PLG and beyond

  • Sales exposure. You’ve been close to the deals, you get what brings revenue

  • Passion for experimentation: you build fast, test hard, and pivot quickly

  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats

  • Fluency in funnel metrics and ROI math such as CAC, LTV, SQLs, and beyond

  • Comfort leading with action: roll up your sleeves, get the hands dirty, lead by example

  • Experience working in remote, distributed teams

  • A customer-first mindset, you obsess over developers and what makes them tick

Why WunderGraph?

  • Work from wherever you thrive—we’re fully remote and globally distributed. If you're in Miami, come work with us in person! We also provide co-working space options worldwide if needed.

  • Pick your preferred work hardware

  • We focus on getting stuff done, and on having fun whilst doing so: work hard, play hard!

  • You can make a real difference and find lots of opportunities to grow together with us

  • Discretionary PTO: take the time you need to recharge

  • Competitive compensation

  • Depending on location, we offer healthcare benefits according to local standards

  • Team retreats across the globe

Note: This is a full-time, fully remote position in the US, however we are primarily considering candidates based in the EST timezone, as we need the person to healthily overlap with European business hours.

The Process

We respect your time and interest in WunderGraph. This is why we're aiming to make the process as fast as possible. Here's what you can expect:

  • 30 min intro call with Alex or Mariya from our People team

  • 45 min discussion with the hiring manager. Following this, you might receive a small take home assignment related to the role. This is your chance to prove your skill!

  • Complete the assignment and review together with hiring manager

  • Meet the founders

  • Culture fit call with team members

  • Offer

Our process also includes reference and background checks. We aim to respond or provide feedback in 2 or 3 days between each stage of the process. We're usually hiring through Deel as our Employer of Record, except for Germany or Florida where we're hiring directly.

WunderGraph is an equal opportunity workplace; we welcome people from all backgrounds.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
