Our Field Operations team is responsible for building, upgrading, maintaining, and connecting customers to our advanced, always on, hybrid coaxial-fiber (HFC) and fiber network.
VP Field Services - Northeast
(Note: This is position is Rochester based, with frequent travel in New England)
The VP Field Services is responsible for is charged with providing leadership and direction to a 1000+ regional workforce with oversight and direction comprising of fulfillment and service for both residential and commercial customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES• Partner with senior management to plan for overall operational effectiveness of the region• Direct responsibility for the Region's audit program including assignment of passings to audit, reporting of results and audit organizational team management; this also includes ensuring field compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and franchise requirements• Responsible for the oversight of contract labor management, including developing consistent scope of work requirements for the Region, assisting peers with pricing negotiations and providing approvals for contract labor company selection• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.• Coordinate with regional, corporate and cross-business unit partners to ensure company-wide goals are met• Manage complex projects to ensure timelines and flawless execution are obtained.• Manage disaster recovery to ensure prompt service restoration.• Review and analyze Field Ops metrics, evaluate variances and establish appropriate action plans for improvement.• Select, develop and maintain excellent talent at all levels in the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM• Experience: Experience working in the cable/communication business (10+years), management of annual budget preparation and implementation (8 years), senior level management experience (10+years).• Education: Bachelor's degree or related field experience equivalent; Field Experience is inclusive of fulfilment/capacity management, construction/engineering, and plant maintenance• History of success in field operations leadership with proven ability to motivate your Team to achieve a common goal with both willingness and experience in taking on challenges, providing clarity, direction, and motivation

The base pay for this position generally is between
$174,300.00 and $290,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
