Role & Responsibilities
Elemica’s Vice President of Revenue Operations will play a pivotal role in scaling our commercial success by driving operational excellence, execution rhythm, and strategic alignment within the Commercial organization. This leader will partner closely with regional Sales VPs, Global Operations, Finance, and cross-functional executives to deliver business growth, operational rigor, and customer impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Commercial operations and strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility
- Partners with HR and Finance to design and manage sales compensation programs that align with Elemica's go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ensure accurate commission planning and payouts
- Partner with Sales VPs to define and execute the GTM plan, optimizing coverage models, territories, and resource allocation
- Drive operational cadence, QBRs, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with global standards and corporate goals
- Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to deliver predictable business outcomes and optimize deal execution
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Partnership teams to accelerate growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and operationalize best practices that improve agility, scalability, and profitability across the business
What You’ll Need
- 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Leadership within a global B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
- Proven track record of leading large, matrixed teams and driving operational excellence
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
- Experience collaborating with C-level stakeholders and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with sales systems and analytics platforms, for example, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Clari, Gong
- Demonstrated ability to implement scalable operational processes in high-growth organizations
- A passion for building alignment, simplifying execution, and helping teams deliver impact through automation and technology
