We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP, Revenue Operations to grow and scale our end-to-end revenue engine. This leader will be responsible for managing a global team of operations specialists across marketing, sales, and partner operations. Success in this role involves enabling efficient lead capture, pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer success processes to drive global revenue predictability.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in marketing automation software, demand generation infrastructure, and customer lifecycle management, paired with the ability to lead and sponsor complex cross-functional initiatives.
This role is being offered US Remote; must be willing to work US East Coast hours for greatest overlap with international teams based in London and Budapest. Occasional international travel is required; quarterly visits to SEON’s Austin office is expected. In total, 10-20% travel expectation including international.
What you’ll do:
Build the global revenue operations function holding revenue predictability as the primary focus.
Optimize SEON’s marketing automation capability within a HubSpot context.
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to enable data-driven campaign execution and ROI measurement.
Drive continuous improvement in demand generation performance, conversion rates, and funnel velocity.
Establish consistent and reliable forecasting and revenue analytics.
Partner with the Account Management Organization (AMO) and customer success teams to ensure customer retention and streamline the renewal process.
Interface with other operational teams and departmental leaders in Finance, Billing, and Legal to drive smooth execution across the business.
Develop and manage a high-performing global RevOps team across marketing operations, sales operations, and partner operations, as well as customer success operations.
What you’ll bring:
10+ years managing Revenue Operations teams, with significant leadership experience (Director+ or VP level).
Deep, hands-on expertise in Marketing Operations, including digital campaign execution, lifecycle management, and attribution.
Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) is required.
Strong background in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments especially consumption-based SaaS.
Experience scaling revenue operations at a post-Series C startup, or managing a global RevOps team at a large enterprise.
