Job Description

Virtual Assistant – Data Entry Jr to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing data efficiently, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth digital operations for internal teams. Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
• Organize and categorize digital files and documents systematically.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
• Manage email correspondence, meeting schedules, and task coordination.
• Support various administrative and virtual assistant tasks for multiple departments.
• Follow data confidentiality guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through virtual platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in data entry, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–45 WPM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
