The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to Sales and Customer Support teams, manage data in Excel, assist with reports, and ensure task accuracy.

✅ Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Sales and Customer Support teams
Manage and organize data using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Assist with reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling tasks
Requirements
✅ Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in virtual assistance or admin support is a plus
