We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lien Analyst Assistant to join our Medical Lien Negotiations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is looking to build a career in the legal field while gaining hands-on experience in personal injury law.
As a Lien Analyst Assistant, you will work closely with Lien Analysts to support the resolution of medical liens at the conclusion of personal injury cases. You will play a key role in ensuring medical balances are verified, client files are accurate, and settlements are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Lien Analysts with organizing and managing medical bills, liens, and supporting documentation.
- Contact medical providers to verify account balances, request billing information, and ensure claims are billed to insurance when appropriate.
- Prepare and organize closing documents and other case-related correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the case management system.
- Review files for accuracy and identify billing discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Track outstanding requests and follow up with providers to ensure timely responses.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Provide administrative support to ensure cases move efficiently through the settlement process.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and case management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a legal, medical, administrative, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with personal injury law, medical billing, or lien resolution is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
