Visibility Solutions Growth Specialist

We have an opportunity for a Visibility Solutions Growth Specialist to join Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO),  reporting to the Vice President, Worldwide Sales Strategy. Infoblox is building its next strategic pillar for its business; this is a pivotal role to build the program, collaborate on strategy, and serve at the intersection between product, marketing, and sales.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Build the next strategic pillar for Infoblox’s business, focusing on the Visibility portfolio and solutions.
  • Identify and understand our clients’ networking, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure environments, challenges, pain points, and initiatives to determine how Infoblox’s solutions can solve customer problems
  • Collaborate with the Geo sales leaders and regional sales directors to develop business plans for the Visibility portfolio
  • Collaborate and align with local account executives and sales engineers to prioritize and define go-to-market strategies within their new logo targets and expansion accounts
  • Develop and implement strategies based on a heat map and key areas for expansion that result in big wins 
  • Drive engineered sales plays from ideation through execution in the field
  • Collaborate with Product Management, providing feedback from customers to improve the effectiveness of our solutions and customer experience  
  • Work with Infoblox’s product marketing teams to develop effective regional messaging, value frameworks, and ROI models
  • Be the Visibility portfolio evangelist for your [region], taking part in public speaking and educating the industry on Infoblox’s capabilities 

Be Prepared — What You Bring 

  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated success positioning and selling networking and/or cloud and/or visibility SaaS solutions 
  • Strong understanding of the networking, cloud, and visibility industry, vendors, and solutions
  • Experience in providing guidance in strategic, program, and project initiatives in networking and/or cloud and/or visibility for large organizations
  • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of the Infoblox portfolio to various client stakeholders, both in terms of business outcomes and ROI
  • Formal sales methodology experience (e.g. MEDDPICC and Force Management) a plus
  • Ability to work cross functionally across product, marketing, and technical sales teams to maximize potential of Infoblox’s portfolio
  • Develop a process to build, execute, and measure engineered sales plays at scale

  • Learn Infoblox’s core business, portfolio, roadmap, and value proposition
  • Join the team focused on Infoblox’s visibility solutions, including cadence meetings, product and marketing sessions, and shadowing customer meetings
  • Connect with sales personnel to collect feedback and report finding and insights

Six Months

  • You’ve established yourself as an authority on our visibility solutions in the field
  • You’ve built a process to execute and measure engineered sales plays in the field and can share early results
  • You’ve meaningfully contributed to refinement of value proposition, messaging, competitive intelligence, ROI models, and product roadmap

We practice pay transparency and reward performance. Offers reflect role location, internal equity, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Base salary for this position: [80 - 110K, plus bonus or commissions, as applicable].
