And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.

Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.

While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.

We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our in-house Brand Creative team and help shape how the world experiences our brand. In this role, you’ll translate complex enterprise identity and security concepts into clear, compelling, and human visual stories across digital and physical touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with your marketing, product and solution marketing, and communications colleagues to create high-quality designs that reinforce trust, leadership, and innovation—core to a company that protects identities for the world’s largest organizations.

This is an ideal role for a designer who thrives in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, values craft and consistency, and wants to make an impact at global scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Design brand-led visual assets across a wide range of channels, including:
    • Web and digital campaigns
    • Product marketing and solution storytelling
    • Event and conference experiences
    • Social, email, and motion-adjacent assets
  • Apply and evolve the brand visual system, ensuring consistency while pushing creative excellence.
  • Translate abstract or technical ideas (identity, security, access, trust) into clear, engaging visual narratives.
  • Contribute to creative concepts from early ideation through final execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while advocating for strong design decisions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in visual, brand, or graphic design
(In-house SaaS, enterprise B2B, or agency experience strongly preferred)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Brand systems and campaign work
    • Digital-first design thinking
    • High attention to typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; motion tools a plus)
  • Experience designing for complex or technical products (security, infrastructure, platforms, or SaaS)
  • Ability to balance creative exploration with brand consistency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and evolving brand environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($500M–$2B ARR range)
  • Familiarity with motion, video, or interactive storytelling
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
  • Interest in enterprise technology, security, or identity
Why Join Us
  • Work on a mission-critical product trusted by the world’s leading enterprises
  • Be part of a growing, highly visible in-house brand team
  • Opportunity to influence and evolve a global brand at scale
  • Collaborate with talented designers, strategists, and marketers

Salary Range: $84,000 - $101,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
