Reporting to the EVP, Global CIO, this executive leadership role will drive the strategy, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the company's enterprise platforms, including ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Shared Services technologies.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Platform Strategy & Roadmap 
•    Define and execute the enterprise platform strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards. 
•    Establish technology roadmaps for ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance, HR, Procurement, and shared services platforms. 
•    Lead modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, platform consolidation, application rationalization, and legacy system retirement. 
•    Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with technology standards, integration principles, and future-state business capabilities. 
•    Evaluate emerging technologies and platform capabilities to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes. 
•    Develop investment strategies and business cases supporting enterprise platform evolution.

Enterprise Platform Delivery & Lifecycle Management 
•    Oversee the implementation, enhancement, operation, and support of enterprise applications and platforms. 
•    Ensure enterprise platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and optimized for performance and user experience. 
•    Manage application lifecycle activities including upgrades, enhancements, release management, and end-of-life planning. 
•    Drive standardization and simplification of enterprise platforms to reduce complexity and total cost of ownership. 
•    Establish service delivery metrics and continuously improve platform performance and customer satisfaction. 
•    Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and resiliency requirements for enterprise systems.

 Executive Strategy & Operational Leadership 
•    Partner with the EVP, Global CIO to develop and execute the Global IT strategy and annual operating plan. 
•    Support executive governance forums, leadership meetings, and technology investment reviews. 
•    Monitor strategic priorities, organizational performance, and key initiatives, ensuring accountability and execution. 
•    Lead special initiatives on behalf of the CIO, including organizational effectiveness, operational improvements, and strategic planning. 
•    Foster collaboration across IT leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and consistent execution. 

•    Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement 
•    Serve as the primary technology partner for Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, and other corporate functions. 
•    Collaborate with business leaders and transformation teams to enable strategic initiatives through technology capabilities 
•    Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions and roadmaps. 
•    Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 

    Data Integrity, Integration & Reporting 
•    Ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise platforms and third-party solutions.  
•    Partner with Data/Analytics teams to support enterprise reporting and insights capabilities. 
•    Support master data management and enterprise reporting initiatives. 

•    AI Enablement & Intelligent Automation
•    Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise platforms to improve employee productivity and business outcomes. 
•    Identify opportunities for intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, digital assistants, and AI-driven insights. 
•    Partner with Enterprise Data, Architecture, and Security teams to support AI adoption aligned with enterprise strategy 

IT Governance, Risk & Compliance 
•    Establish and mature IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and decision rights aligned with enterprise objectives. 
•    Lead portfolio governance processes to ensure technology investments are prioritized, governed, and aligned with business strategy. 
•    Coordinate IT risk management activities in partnership with Security, Risk, and Internal Audit. 
•    Develop and report KPIs, maturity metrics, and governance dashboards for executive leadership. 
•    Oversee audit remediation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements. 
•    Facilitate governance forums and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and technology standards. 

Technology Procurement & Vendor Management 
•    Lead technology procurement and sourcing activities in partnership with Procurement and business stakeholders. 
•    Manage relationships with key enterprise software vendors and system integrators and service providers 
•    Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance to ensure value realization and service quality 
•    Evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance enterprise system capabilities 

•Leadership & Team Development 
•    Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT leaders, architects, and functional experts 
•    Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Comupter Science, Business or related field
  • Advanced degree(MBA. MS or equivalent) preferred.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise platforms including ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and related business systems. 
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, and other modern SaaS application ecosystems. 
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration, APIs, middleware, data architecture, and business process automation. 
  • Experience supporting global finance, HR, procurement, and shared services operations. 
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and technology governance practices. 
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled enterprise applications, workflow automation, and intelligent process orchestration. 
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing large technology budgets and investment portfolios. 
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. 
  • Understanding of IT governance frameworks, policies, and controls, risk management, and enterprise governance practices. 
  • Understanding of technology procurement, vendor management, and software licensing models
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications, enterprise platforms, or business systems management. 
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for enterprise platforms and corporate business systems. 
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, or enterprise platform transformations. 
  • Experience leading global teams within complex, matrixed organizations. 
  • Experience implementing or operating technology governance frameworks such as COBIT and supporting enterprise risk and audit programs 
  • Proven track record managing enterprise software vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators. 
  • Experience supporting public company governance, compliance, audit, and financial control environments preferred. 
  • Experience leading cloud modernization and enterprise platform consolidation initiatives. 
  • Experience enabling business transformation through technology without direct ownership of business transformation functions. 
  • Operates with significant autonomy and accountability within the enterprise platforms domain. 
  • Serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, and Shared Services. 
  • Collaborates closely with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data & Analytics, and Business Transformation leaders. 
  • Influences executive decision-making regarding enterprise technology investments, roadmaps, and priorities. 
  • Regular interaction with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Procurement, Legal, and Finance leaders regarding governance, vendor strategy, and technology investments. 
  • Reports directly to the EVP, Global CIO.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ERP platforms, cloud technologies, project/program management) preferred  
  • Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or EPM certifications 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) 
  • Certified Scrum Professional or Agile certifications 
  • Cloud platform certifications (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS)
