Key Responsibilities
- Lead eMed’s digital marketing strategy and execution across all performance channels including paid search, social, display, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and email/SMS marketing.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive acquisition and retention strategy to drive customer growth, reduce CPA, and improve LTV.
- Oversee campaign planning, media buying, budget allocation, and performance optimization across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic display.
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, managing in-house talent and agency/vendor partnerships.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies across landing pages, funnels, and messaging.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless tracking, attribution, and reporting across the customer journey.
- Own KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC ratio, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
- Monitor competitive landscape, emerging channels, and consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Drive brand consistency and innovation across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand guidelines.
- 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing D2C performance marketing at scale.
- Proven success scaling digital acquisition and retention strategies in a high-growth environment (healthcare, wellness, or consumer tech a plus).
- Deep expertise in paid media buying, tracking and attribution (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual marketing budgets and delivering efficient ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, develop and coach teams, and communicate effectively at the executive level.
