The Pay Scale is $257,442 to $348,317

Position Summary

Multicare Health System is seeking a customer focused, results oriented and critical thinking problem solver, with innovative and modern approaches to lead our application and solutions delivery team. The VP of Enterprise Applications and Information Services is responsible for the delivery, management, implementation of applications and solutions to support our patients, members, clinicians, business and operational teams. the This role plays an influential role as a member of the senior IS&T leadership team in shaping IS&T strategy, making investment and priority trade-off decisions, reducing unit costs, negotiating and managing vendor contracts and developing high performing teams. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
  • MS or MBA preferred
  • Fifteen (15) years of IS&T leadership experience
  • Experience managing complex systems implementation projects with depth of experience in application management
  • Experience as a business focused, change driven, credible leader in a complex and a large company
  • Experience in a strategic position, with experience in a detail oriented and hands on role

Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
