The salary range for this position is $285,900 - $357,400 - $428,900. The Boston Fed believes in salary transparency. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data. If you reside outside of the 1st District, you may be hired by your local Federal Reserve District and compensation will follow hiring District's range and policy.

Your role as Vice President, and Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO)
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, values, and priorities that help the FRFS enterprise achieve its mission as a member of the FRFS Enterprise Services Leadership Team.
- Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive program management strategy for FRFS, with a focus on achieving measurable, sustainable results.
- Collaborate across the FRFS functional areas and the National IT teams responsible for overall program and portfolio management to ensure the delivery of secure, reliable Federal Reserve Financial Services that meet the needs of customers and the industry.
- Serve as a strategic partner to provide innovative and adaptable program management support to the FRFS functions and Executive Leadership Team to ensure key enterprise decisions are informed by timely and accurate program status and System and industry best practices pertaining to investment guidance and program execution.
- Develop and nurture close relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure contemporary thinking, ensure complementary approaches, avoid duplicative services, and influence System direction for program management offices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business, technology, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Typically has 10+ years of progressive experience in program and people leadership; experience establishing and/or maturing program management offices in a complex and matrixed organization

Location
- The selected candidate will reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the employing Reserve Bank Head Office and will work full-time onsite that meets the minimum number of onsite days required by the employing District. Reasonable commuting distance is defined as living within 50 miles of a Reserve Bank location.
- The following Reserve Bank locations are preferred due to the concentration of FRFS team members in these locations: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis, New York, Richmond, and San Francisco.
