Future B2B is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded VP, Market Leader to lead our IT/Tech vertical. You will sit on the B2B leadership team. It oversees a portfolio of three global brands. These brands span audiences across the full IT buying journey and offer a diverse suite of media, data, and demand generation solutions.

You will help shape the future of our IT/Tech market presence. You will build on recent integration efforts, unlocking growth opportunities, and evolving our product and content ecosystem to better serve clients and audiences.

What You'll Do

You will report to the SVP, B2B

Market & Brand Leadership

  • Lead the strategic direction and performance of the IT/Tech vertical across three global brands
  • Implement a clear market vision, positioning our brands as essential partners for IT buyers and marketers
  • Identify whitespace opportunities for growth and innovation

Growth Partnership & Commercial Impact

  • Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership to increase revenue across the vertical
  • Shape commercially viable solutions by aligning content, audience, and product strategy to market demand
  • Contribute to pipeline development, client engagement strategies, and overall go-to-market effectiveness
  • Be an important voice in translating market needs into scalable revenue opportunities

Product and Go-To-Market Development

  • Lead the evolution of market-facing products, including lead generation, content programs, events, and community-based offerings
  • Translate audience insights and data into scalable, high-performing GTM solutions
  • Ensure agreement between product, packaging, and client needs

Content & Audience Strategy

  • Oversee content strategy across brands to ensure relevance and engagement across the IT buying journey
  • Champion high-quality, insight-driven content that fuels audience growth and commercial performance
  • Use data and audience signals to improve engagement and conversion

Management

  • Partner with Sales, Content, Product, Marketing, and Operations to create integrated solutions
  • Be a unifying leader across brands and teams, continuing to build on integration efforts
  • Foster a culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and new ideas

Operational & Financial Management

  • Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across the vertical
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics including audience growth, engagement, product performance, and lead generation
  • Ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement across all programs
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B media, with a focus on the IT/tech sector
  • Experience influencing revenue outcomes through content strategy, product development, and audience growth
  • Deep experience in lead generation, content strategy, and audience development
  • Expertise in product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience with IT buyer personas, communities, and the enterprise technology landscape
  • Experience managing multiple brands or departments, in a post-acquisition or integrated environment
  • Financial experience and experience managing budgets and operational performance
