ABOUT US:
Talon. One is the most powerful incentives engine that unifies loyalty, promotions and gamification into one holistic platform.
Backed by enterprise-grade security and scalability, Talon. One empowers companies to build personalized, profitable promotions and loyalty programs using any data. Today, over 250 of the world’s most-loved brands including Adidas, Sephora and Carlsberg work with Talon. One to drive deeper engagement and lasting loyalty with their customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on sales leader to architect and execute the next stage of growth for Talon. One in North America. Reporting to the VP, Global Sales, you’ll own the regional GTM strategy and lead a team responsible for driving disciplined, predictable 50%+ year-over-year growth.

You’ll build and scale a high-performing sales organization, coach and hire top talent, and personally engage in complex, C-level enterprise deals across six- and seven-figure opportunities. This is a career-defining opportunity to build the U.S. engine that will take Talon. One past $100M in ARR.

This is a fully remote role; however, we are prioritizing candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure meaningful overlap with our Berlin headquarters. The role also involves some travel, roughly 30-50% of the time.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Sales organization at Talon. One is focused on sustainable, data-driven growth. Our North America team is a group of ~10 sellers operating across enterprise B2B SaaS, who partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless experience from first touch to renewal.

As part of a globally aligned sales function, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to bring operational excellence, forecasting rigor, and repeatable success to one of Talon. One’s fastest-growing regions.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
  • Own the GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the complete regional including alignment with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Sales Engineering, and Sr. Leadership
  • Build a World-Class Team: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization (currently ~10 sellers). Be a talent magnet who can attract, hire, and develop top-tier sales professionals
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Efficient pipeline management, pinpoint forecast accuracy, and instill rigorous deal qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC) across the team
  • Be a Cross-Functional Partner: Act as the voice of the customer to Product. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, CS, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from first-touch to renewal

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Proven B2B SaaS Leadership: A clear track record as a 2nd-line (or higher) sales leader in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • "Scaler" Mentality: You have built and scaled GTM teams before both on the strategy and the people side
  • Operational Rigor: You are data-driven. You communicate well, understand pipeline analytics, and use data to build a predictable, scalable sales model
  • Executive Presence: You build trust with C-level customers and internal stakeholders instantly
  • A "Human-First" Driver: You balance a culture of high performance and accountability with empathy and conviction. You inspire your team to win

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
  • $1,200 annual learning budget and full LinkedIn Learning access
  • Manage your time off with our unlimited PTO policy and flexible working hours
  • $350 home office setup budget, a $50 monthly home office allowance
  • Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide!
  • WeWork On-Demand access for flexible workspace solutions
  • Mental health support with nilo.health
  • Choose from top-tier Medical, Dental, and Vision plans (Blue Cross Blue Shield MA, MetLife, VSP)
  • Build your savings with our 401(k) plan, including a 100% company match on your contributions up to 4%
  • We provide 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability coverage

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK FOR US:

  • The right attitude: modern methods and a diverse, creative workspace with an open and international culture
  • Everyone for the product: Together we create a flexible, highly scalable product with state-of-the-art technologies. We can only succeed if everyone works as a team
  • Healthy Growth: Growing our company means growing everyone in the team. We love to share knowledge and learn
  • A great environment: Flexible and family-friendly environment, bright and easily accessible offices, modern software and hardware
  • High flexibility degree: Prefer to work early or late at night? Do you have to pick up your children from kindergarten? Do you prefer working abroad? We believe in results and motivated employees
